All our orders go out within 2-3 business days and are shipped via USPS. If there is a delay on our end for any reason we will send an email to let you know.
We ship via USPS priority mail (Free Shipping) which then takes an additional 2-4 days for the product to arrive.
All shipping from the Buffalo warehouse (within United States) will be paused after Wednesday December 23, 2020 at 12:00PM EST and will resume on Monday January 4, 2021. During this time all orders will be accepted and processed, but will not ship until January 4, 2021. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Most packages will be provided with a USPS Tracking number which we include in our customer confirmation emails.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a precise delivery date for orders. We appreciate your patience while waiting for your order to be delivered.
If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to the sender please contact us. We’ll double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If we put the wrong address on a package we’ll ship a replacement for free.
We ship all our products as fast as possible, but depending on the buyer’s location the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach them may vary.
